David Miller

David Miller is an experienced data and analytics leader having worked on significant business, technology and data transformation initiatives in mining, utilities, telecommunications, media and currently higher education. David is the Chief Data Officer at Macquarie University where he is responsible for transforming the use data and analytics to enable the university and hospital to achieve their strategic priorities.

Prior to this, David was Director of Data and Business Intelligence at Seven West Media where he led the work to build a green-field data capability and embed the use of data and analytics across the organisation. Before that, he was General Manager for Business Intelligence at Vodafone Hutchison Australia where he was responsible for transforming the use of data and analytics to drive business performance and customer experience.
